27°N — also written 27N, 27 N, or 27 degrees north — is named for the latitude line that runs through Sarasota Bay.
The captain
27N is owned and operated by Cpt. Roman Frapiccini. He is USCG licensed [LICENSE TBC] and insured, and he performs the work himself. When you call, you speak to the captain. When the boat leaves the dock, the same captain is at the helm.
The business exists because boat ownership in Florida asks more of people than most expect. Owners are busy, boats are complicated, and the water does not wait for a convenient weekend. A licensed captain who can run the vessel, deliver it, keep it clean and keep an eye on it solves most of that with one phone number.
